Cali Dumpling is located in South El Monte in Southern California. We offer restaurant quality dumplings to food service establishments all across the state. Our products include xiao long bao or soup dumplings, classic northern style dumplings, potstickers, wontons, shu mai and many more flavors.
Our mission is to leverage our success in contract manufacturing for the food industry to foster whole life transformation for our employees and invest in the communities in which we work.
Dumplings are sold in 300 piece cases and can be delivered from Sacramento to San Diego.
Facility
Our facility is a highly-utilized SQF and USDA-certified 6,600 square foot space where we operate our production lines to meet the demands of our customers.
We manufacture your products with strict quality and food safety controls, go to great lengths to protect your information and intellectual property.
With quality and safety paramount to what we do, we are always audit-ready, consistently showcasing to our customers the standards by which we operate. Our plant layouts are designed for expansion and access to additional equipment, allowing us to scale for growth when you do.
